We have done nothing to impress God that He would choose us. But because He has chosen to pour out His grace on us, we are called to obey, but also obey in joy.

Some may need to be reminded that the free gift of salvation is to be grasped with both hands, not with one hand still holding our idols.
Provide yourselves with treasure that does not fail. Treasure Christ, put your heart there. Repent and believe these wonderful promises of God, following after Him.
Our security isn’t in understanding His plan but in trusting in Him as the plan-maker. He’s got this, and He’s got us as His children!
