Feeling a bit overwhelmed these days? Holiday pressures combined with the pressures of daily life can build up. Sometimes I feel like I’m coming apart! But I’m determined not to come apart.
Feeling a bit overwhelmed these days? Holiday pressures combined with the pressures of daily life can build up. Sometimes I feel like I’m coming apart! But I’m determined not to come apart.
It was a good reminder that I should give all of my cares and fears and worries and concerns and sins to God. He always takes them. And He gives us rest, respite, peace and salvation in return.
Let that be our prayer so when others ask, “By what power, or in what name, have you done this?” like the elders did in Acts, the first words we speak are the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Provide yourselves with treasure that does not fail. Treasure Christ, put your heart there. Repent and believe these wonderful promises of God, following after Him.
Our security isn’t in understanding His plan but in trusting in Him as the plan-maker. He’s got this, and He’s got us as His children!
One of my favorite things about church is praise and worship time. I love to sing and look across the sanctuary to see everyone celebrate the goodness of God in unison.
It has been a few weeks since my last blog post. In that time I graduated from college, which is still crazy to me.
