Compassion of the Christ
The greatest gift we can ever receive is salvation, and guess what? If you were the only one who needed saving, He would do it still just for you.

It’s not that we can’t find joy in other things. We should find joy in all the gifts of God. It is that if we are not satisfied in God first then we won’t have complete joy in anything.
We won’t know until heaven why God does some things and not others, but we must trust it is all for our good.
When we grow and cultivate our understanding of the goodness of God, when we grow in humility, when we grow in thankfulness, when we run first to God for refuge, we will be kept and safeguarded and preserved. And joy abounds from this place.
One day, God will call His people home and we’ll stand before His almighty throne. We’ll worship Him with the angels. Everything on this earth will pale in comparison to the glory and honor due to our King.
Love as you have been loved, forgive as you have been forgiven, show mercy and grace as you have been shown mercy and grace.
“The empty tomb stands as your guarantee of help today and gives you hope for what is to come.”
As the risen Christ, Jesus is believed to share God’s power to transform all life and also to share this same power with his followers. So the resurrection is believed to be something that happened not only to Jesus, but also an experience that happens to his followers.
